What exactly do I receive?

Each individual product contains a ready-to-install AI Skill with fixed deliverable formats, evidence rules, safety boundaries, and official-source routing. The Launch & Growth Suite contains both Skills plus six reusable implementation templates and a recommended operating sequence.

Which product should I buy?

Choose the Rejection Risk Command Center if your immediate concern is submission readiness, Review Notes, or a rejection. Choose the ASO Sprint if your app is live or its facts are stable and you need metadata, screenshots, and a measurable conversion test. Choose the Suite when you want both workflows and the implementation templates.

Is this affiliated with Apple?

No. Keylio and this Skill are independent and are not endorsed by or affiliated with Apple. Apple makes all review decisions.

Does it guarantee approval?

No. It identifies preventable risks from the evidence supplied and helps prepare reviewer-facing material. It cannot guarantee approval, ranking, or review timing.

Can I use it for client work?

The standard purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive, perpetual commercial-use license. The Skill itself may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, or published.

What is the refund policy?

Marketplace purchases follow the marketplace's checkout and refund policy. For direct digital orders, report a material functional defect within 14 days. Keylio will first repair or replace the product and will refund when it cannot perform materially as described. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

What support is included?

Installation and product-defect support are included. App-specific consulting, account operation, legal advice, and submission management are separate services and are not included in the Skill price.

Will it install the same way on every AI platform?

No. Codex can use the packaged SKILL.md workflow directly. Claude Code and other agents may require the Skill to be added as project instructions or through their own supported skill mechanism. Chat-only products may require manual attachment. Keylio supplies the files and setup guidance but does not claim identical platform capabilities.
